Commissioning Process
Please be as specific as possible when describing what your needs are. Things to think about are the location, approximate size, and subject matter of the artwork that you want painted. This will help me better prepare for our consultation meeting.
When you first call or e-mail, a free home/business consultation will be scheduled. I will do my best to work around your schedule.
At the consultation, we will discuss in detail your ideas, look at the room to be painted, and take measurements.
Afterwards, I will make sketches for the artwork. Once completed, these will be delivered to you for your approval, along with a price quote.
Once you have approved the sketches and price quote, a 50% deposit is required to reserve your spot on my calendar.
All prices are made individually. Some of the factors that are considered are square footage, obstacles, height of wall, cost of supplies, travel distance, detail and difficulty of work, and time estimated to complete.
Because of the many variables, a price, or even rough estimate, can not be given without having first seen the area to be painted.
If you live farther than 50 miles from Greenville, I can paint your mural on canvas then ship it to you to be installed. Since this will cut down on travel time and cost, this will be cheaper than the same mural painted directly on the wall.
